Pasta Dough Yield: 2 servings 1 c Flour (can be a mix of flours) 1 ea Egg a/n Water 1. Mix flour(s) together well in a bowl. 2. Add egg and incorporate flour with your fingers. When the egg is incorporated, rub the dough between your fingers to fully mix it in. You don’t want yellow specks in the dough mixture. 3. Sprinkle about 1 t of water over the dough and continue to mix using your fingers. Keep adding water, little by little, until the dough is moist enough to hold together. 4. Knead several times and form into a patty. 5. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
