Our Passion: We at Bacon Research are firm believers in the adage "bacon makes everything better" and are dedicated to pushing the commonly accepted limits of bacon. To accomplish this we work hard to come up with uses for bacon that most people have never thought of let alone tried. Due to this, we've progressed far beyond what most people consider normal bacon behavior. One pound bacon sandwich? - old news. Two pound bacon sandwich? - that's better, but still not quite enough. Boiled bacon? - terrible. Bacon deep fried in bacon fat? - now we're talking! People: Our staff includes chefs, economists, engineers and physicists giving us the capability of carrying out research on many fronts and with a great deal of technical depth. Together we have well over a century of bacon related investigation experience. Locations: We have offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Denver giving us the ability to carry out research in a wide variety of environmental situations including high altitude experimentation. | |||
